Malik Shaher Yar
Projects HeadBeing part of Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations Malik has engaged 500 youth of Asian countries and US for collaboration towards projects for a more peaceful world. In 2017 he was selected among 20 young leaders in world to be part of prestigious Global Engagement Summit in Chicago. As advisor to South Asia’s first Internet TV with Artificial Intelligence enabled newsroom Malik advises communication strategies for bigger impact of media in improving society and raising voice of neglected community and marginalised members of society.Malik advocates rights of marginalised youth by developing projects in North of Pakistan bringing marginalised youth of different sects and ethnicities’ together for brighter future through vocational trainings. Malik was given special mentioned award by British Council for his work on providing shelter to orphans thought donations from 1600 students from 47 universities. He was also part of steering committee of biggest campaign on education by British Council which demanded free education for every citizen till 10th grade. Malik lead Pakistan as Local Coordinator for US based student network “Students for Liberty” which is an international libertarian non-profit organization whose stated mission is "to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty." In 2019, he was selected for prestigious “Professional Fellows Program for Governance and Society” by the US State Department which brings young professionals from India, Pakistan, and Nepal to the U.S. to exchange ideas, strategies, and best practices in legislative process and policymaking. Malik was part of Pakistan delegation in Pak-Afghan PeaceLab by US State Department to promote regional peace and security in 2019. He was part of team that was tasked with understanding of issues and solutions from Afghan side for collaboration and joint endeavours bringing youth of both countries together for regional prosperity and stability..

Ahsan Mukhtar Zubairi
Secretary GeneralMr. Ahsan Zubairi is currently serving as the Secretary General of the Foreign Relations Section. He has previously served as the honorary Consul General of Romania in Karachi. He founded the Karachi Council of Foreign Relations (KCFR) and worked as its Secretary General. He holds a graduate degree in International Relations from Karachi University.
